Crown Commercial Service is seeking a supplier to provide PPG Operational support requirements in an interim capacity.

This is until a longer-term mode of operation has been identified.

This interim support will provide the following Operational support for organisations and users registered on the PPG system including actioning of service requests.

Development support to ensure bug and issues are remediated.

2nd and 3rd line ticket support.

Management of PPG technical knowledge including updates to existing documentation and creation of anything new identified and imparting of knowledge to wider support teams Applying of PPG Patches and Updates.

Proactive monitoring of PPG including identification of any capacity and performance issues and threshold limits.

Including regular output reports to stakeholders.

The Buyer utilised the one (1) extension option of six (6) months that was included in the original contract, the new end date being 30/1/2025.

The scope was changed with suggested improvements to the contract agreed at no additional cost.
