The Quickstart project will support unemployed or economically inactive individuals aged 16+ with a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 6 months work placement at 25 hours a week in Bridgend to gain valuable experience and enhance employability skills to increase their chances of finding full time, secure work once the placement has ended.
