The brief

The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) is a collaboration between three councils: Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, and South Holland District Council.

It is the largest council partnership in the UK, serving over 300,000 residents across 1,112 square miles.

In South and East Lincolnshire, there is an ongoing demand for temporary accommodation.

To meet this ongoing demand for temporary accommodation, the Councils have become increasingly reliant on nightly-purchased accommodation from a wide range of providers.

It is important that the Councils regularise their expenditure on temporary accommodation with its appointed suppliers to ensure its compliance with procurement regulations and legislation, and to ensure the provision of safe and high-quality accommodation standards for its residents.
