Brief Description of Requirement This evaluation will be focused on the Pilot Business Energy Advice Service (BEAS).
This is a government scheme offering subsidised energy assessments and grants to micro, small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) within the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).
The Pilot BEAS will run from October 2023 to March 2025 across The West Midlands ITL1 region (phase 1).
It is likely that the Pilot BEAS will be extended until March 2026 (phase 2) and DESNZ will choose to extend the evaluation to a second phase to cover the additional year.
