Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) surveys; 2.
Asbestos Management Surveys; 3.
Full analytical services associated with abatement works; 4.
Act as an independent consultant and advise client on all asbestos related queries; 5.
Act as Asbestos Project Manager to deliver asbestos abatement schemes; 6.
Tender schemes to licenced contractors for abatement projects; 7.
Emergency callouts for visual appraisals and bulk sampling; 10.
Annual re-inspections of known ACMs across the estate.
