The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency requires a range of recruitment advertising and related services to help attract suitable candidates for some job vacancies, and reach diverse audiences for roles, including targeting specific demographics on request.
We will not require support for all vacancies, so these Services shall be called off as and when required in conjunction with our standard recruitment advertising (Civil Service Jobs and Oracle Recruit).
The Service Provider shall also help develop an employer branding strategy to support the MHRA's positioning as an 'employer of choice' in the initial stages of the Contract, which will be implemented across the Services and be subject to regular review and updates as required.
The Service Provider shall provide secure access to an online web-accessed system interface/dashboard to facilitate the placing of orders/instructions (noting also these may be placed by email and/telephone), tracking progress, transmitting and approving advertisements, and if possible to view and download various performance information and Management Information (MI) etc.
The system must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days every week (or as close to this as reasonably possible).
There shall be no commitment to commission Services nor guarantee of a minimum or any volume or value of work; nor any exclusivity with the Service Provider in relation to these Services.
