The procurement is divided into 5 lots as follows: 1 London North East (including Haringey, Waltham Forest, Newham and Tower Hamlets) and Essex 7 000 000.00 GBP – 9 000 000.00 GBP (excluding VAT) 2 London North West Region (including Barnet, Harrow, Brent, Ealing and Hillingdon) and Hackney Region 10 000 000.00 GBP – 12 500 000.00 GBP (excluding VAT) 3 Islington Region and Old Oak Plus Region (including Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster) 8 500 000.00 GBP – 11 000 000.00 GBP (excluding VAT) 4 Lewisham Region and Charlton Triangle (Greenwich) 2 500 000.00 GBP – 4 000 000.00 GBP (excluding VAT) 5 South East Region (Southwark) and South West Region (including Wandsworth, Merton, Sutton, Lambeth and Croydon) 4 500 000.00 GBP – 6 000 000.00 GBP (excluding VAT) The framework is for an initial period of 36 months with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months.
Family Mosaic expects the contract to start on 3 October 2016.
A maximum of 3 Lots can be awarded to one tenderer.
The scope of each framework includes: a) Responsive Repairs: The services will comprise but are not limited to building responsive repairs at Family Mosaic housing stock including but not limited to plumbing, drainage and an emergency outside of normal working hours service. b) Minor/Improvement works: The survey, design and carrying out of maintenance and minor/improvement works to Family Mosaic housing stock will compromise but are not limited to: — Refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms and toilets; — Full or partial renewal of electrical installations and gas heating and hot water installations; — Internal improvements; — Energy and sustainability works; — External envelope repair and replacement works including windows, doors and roofs; — Cyclical decorations; — Communal area repair and replacement works; — External envelope repair and replacement works including windows, doors and roofs; — Cyclical decorations; — Communal area repair and replacement works; — External works and drainage; — Legal disrepair cases; — Disability aids and adaptations and all associated works to, and around, occupied or void dwellings and supported housing schemes for the young, elderly and people with disabilities.
