For the purposes of this specification it will comprise the core elements set out below.
These services are- 1.1 Provision of Restorative Mentoring with a particular focus on 16/17/18 year olds (i.e. school leavers) successfully accessing Education, Training or Employment with training.
1.2 Provision of mediation and restorative family work supporting families to stay together, parents to parent more effectively and young people to ensure that their voice is heard.
1.3 Provision of restorative support to young people identified as suitable for a 'diversion' intervention.
