WFDC is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants to submit quotations for the preparation of Retail and Commercial Leisure Needs Assessment for Wyre Forest District in accordance with requirements set out in the National Planning Policy Framework and National Planning Practice Guidance.
This will form an essential part of the evidence base to inform the Council’s Local Plan Review.
The current Retail and Commercial Leisure Study dates from 2010 and requires updating in light of economic changes, shopping patterns and the implementation of plans since then.
