DSST is seeking to procure a managed service that will analyse our highways structures to gain an understanding of their current and future condition and provide analysis that determines the treatments that the assets are likely to require.
A Decision Support Tool (DST) will be configured to analyse HE structures using data from the Structures Maintenance Information System (SMIS).
We require both short term (5 year) plans and long term (30 years) lifecycle plans for each of our highways structures.
