The ITT was issued to all economic operators who have been admitted to the NOE.0274 Non-Clinical Software Systems Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") established by NOE CPC pursuant to a contract notice published 18th October 2023.

The contract makes provision for partner organisations to join the NNUH system and allows for a single instance of the system across the acute trust's and other providers in the region.
