No claims for additional payments resulting from the Contract shall be allowed insofar as they arise from the failure of the Tenderer to carry out all necessary investigations in the preparation of the tender.
The Council will work with the successful Tenderer to make any necessary adjustments to their design based on the results of the evaluation process including feedback from the subsequent public consultation.
