SLA between NHS Blood & Transplant (supplier) and RMH (customer) for the the provision of Extracorporeal Photopheresis services for the treatment of chronic and acute Graft versus Host Disease (GvHD) and Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma.
Extracorporeal photopheresis is a procedure which utilises an integrated closed system to collect white cells from the patient’s bloodstream.
The cells are then treated with a photo activated drug and exposed to ultraviolet light before being returned to the patient.
