An independent Chartered Building Surveyor has concluded that the existing roof covering is likely unsuitable for the roof pitch, exposure and prevailing weather conditions and recommends complete roof renewal.
The contractor shall therefore be responsible for proposing and delivering a complete roofing solution suitable for the site conditions.
