School Performance - Accountability and Benchmarking Services
One of the Department for Education’s (DfE) goals is to drive educational excellence.
To enable this there is a focus on transforming accountability in the education sector.
This has quite a wide remit, but the focus of this market opportunity is the provision of data and information to key stakeholders (e.g. schools, multi academy trusts, local authorities, OfSTED) to support local benchmarking, intervention, and decision making.
The DfE currently enables local accountability and benchmarking through the provision of RAISEOnline.
However, the existing contract arrangements are due to expire in the near future, and the DfE is undertaking initial scoping work to explore how best to provide these, or similar, services in the future.
To support our thinking, the DfE would like to invite organisations to meet with the DfE to discuss this opportunity and provide insight as to the different and innovative ways in which our service needs can be achieved.
This insight will be used to help scope requirements for the future, ahead of any potential procurement activity that we expect to start early in the New Year.
We would like to meet with interested organisations in late November/ early December.
Unfortunately we may not be able to meet all organisations that express an interest due to resourcing implications.
Our aim is to meet with around five to ten organisations, but we will share a summary of the high level outputs of the discussions (excluding any supplier specific commercial sensitive information) on this Contract Finder page for information for all organisations with an interest.
