In the main, the contract requires the provision of an 'all-inclusive', fully comprehensive service undertaking servicing, maintenance, repairs, safety checks, and various other works to appliances, heating systems and other items defined in the specification.

The works generally comprise of carrying out the following: • Servicing, • Gas soundness and safety checks, • Maintenance and routine repairs, • Responsive repairs, • Chimney sweeping, • Possible isolated upgrades / renewals of appliances and / or heating systems, • Production of all certificates and records. e.g. landlord's gas safety record (LGSR), etc., • Provision of all required information, and • Various other associated works.

The works will generally be carried out to: • Various types of heating appliances, • Various types of heating systems, • Gas pipework installations, • Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, and • Various other appliances / equipment / devices, etc.
