The brief

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon & Cornwall, in partnership with NHS England Sexual Violence Pathfinder, wishes to explore the market capabilities and appetite for the services listed in this notice, with the view to conduct a procurement based around the findings and outcomes of this Market Engagement exercise.

The service is due to commence 1st October 2025.

Participation in this Market Engagement exercise is voluntary, and non-participation will not preclude any party or organisation from taking part.

The proposed structure of this Market Engagement exercise will be as follows: - Initial engagement via PIN (14th January 2025) - Official Invitation Outlining Event Details (NLT Friday 17th January 2025) - Market Engagement Event (21st January 2025 1330-1500) - 1-1 Supplier Discussions (from 22nd January 2025 onwards) This event will take place online via Microsoft Teams, please register your interest in attending by emailing the Procurement representative and the Teams request will be sent no later than two days prior to the day.

The agenda for the event will be a presentation provided by stakeholders from the Commissioner's office of Devon and Cornwall Police and NHS England Sexual Violence Pathfinder, followed by an open Q&A session.

Following the Market Engagement Event, Devon and Cornwall OPCC and NHSE Sexual Violence Pathfinder would like to also set up Teams meetings with Providers to create open dialogue to help inform and develop the specification.

Participation in the Market Engagement Event is not mandatory to take part in 1-1 sessions.
