This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been issued by Security Industry Authority (SIA) and invites you to quote for the SIA 921 - Debt Recovery Services 2025.
We require a supplier for the provision of Debt Recovery Services, which the Supplier shall act as the authorised debt recovery agent of the SIA, responsible for undertaking the recovery of unpaid legal debts, including, but not limited to, unpaid court-awarded costs, fines, and other related legal charges.
The services to be provided by the Supplier under this agreement shall encompass pre-legal collections, initiation of legal proceedings where appropriate, enforcement of judgments, and tracing of debtors.
It is intended that we will Award this project via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework, RM6226, Debt Resolution Services, Lot 6 Litigation Services.
The scope of this requirement will include agreeing to the relevant CCS Framework Call Off Schedules and conditions and submitting rates which will enable the SIA to instruct a supplier to perform the requirement.
These quotations should be fixed for the term of the contract.
This requirement and tender process will adhere to the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and any resulting contract will be let under these regulations.
The SIA offers no commitment to case volumes throughout the term of the contract.
