The brief

Rushmoor Borough Council seeks expressions of interest from Registered Providers of Social Housing (RPs) to bid for a single programme of funding of up to £2million for the delivery of affordable housing.

The council is looking for an RP investment partner with a good understanding of the borough's general needs housing demand, able to attract further public subsidy and private investment to deliver a programme of social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership homes over the next 5 years.

Interested parties should already hold investment partner status with Homes England and be able to demonstrate the ability to offer local management services and how their proposals can support the local economy.

Application packs will be issued the week beginning Monday 2nd September to be returned by Friday 18th October.
