The brief

Solihull MBC are re-opening the Supported Living Services Flexible Contracting Arrangement (FCA) to apply new bidders to apply and previously unsuccessful bidders to reapply.

The FCA will be with a range of providers to provide supported living services to adults who meet eligibility criteria.

Delivery of services will be required within or close to the borough.

The FCA will be used by the Council's brokerage team to make purchases of supported living services as and when these are required by the Council.

The Council is not committing to any volumes through this process.

The Council may open the FCA on an annual basis for new tenderers to have the opportunity to obtain a place on the FCA.

The FCA will be for an initial term up to (date) with options to extend for up to 24 months plus 24 months.
