SCDC is letting a Small Works Framework Contract (SWFC) that will comprise of several construction companies appointed to a below WTO threshold Framework Contract.
This is compliant with the Public Contract Regulation 2015 (PCR2015).
Whilst this is a contract to set-up a framework with SCDC, Parish Councils located within SCDC's district shall be entitled to use the contract at their discretion.
