Southside Housing Association is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably experienced contractor for the provision of an all inclusive annual servicing and reactive maintenance contract to their passenger lift installations in Glasgow for a three year period commencing 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2025 with the possibility of contract extensions up to a maximum of two additional years in total.
The total number of properties with lifts is 44 (49 lifts in total) and includes low, medium and high rise properties.
