Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking an organisation to provide a specialist domestic support service that adopts a ‘Whole Family’ approach to respond to the needs of victims and their families affected by domestic abuse, and seeks to change the attitudes and behaviours of domestic abuse perpetrators.
This commission offers an exciting opportunity for providers to offer an innovative and contemporary specialist domestic abuse service that uses new and integrated approaches to deliver an outcome focussed, safe and cost effective support service.
