The brief

HSE is looking to appoint several suppliers on to a framework agreement to provide specialist training support for their commercial health and safety training and events.

HSE wishes to draw on relevant topic-specific specialists who meet specific criteria on an ad hoc, call-off basis, as required.

Support may be required in the following areas: o Delivery of existing open and in company courses as required (see Annex 1). o Development and delivery of new training courses as both an open course and in company courses as required. o Occasional minor input to bidding for external work. (this effort would be minimal and HSE would not expect to provide payment for this). o Occasional support to wider HSE projects and initiatives that are related to their areas of training expertise.

HSE will retain responsibility for the arrangements of the training courses and will contact the appointed suppliers to arrange course dates/locations.

HSE will retain responsibility for course validation/evaluation from customers.
