Further Competition from the NEPO212 - Support Services for Development of the Built Environment NEPO Lot 3: Specialist Disciplinary Architectural Splash Redevelopment and Improvements - Architectural Services This commission is to consider the contents of the information contained within and associated with this brief, and identify practical, efficient and cost-effective design solutions to achieving an improved modern leisure facility.

An architect led, as lead consultant, design team is required to carry out RIBA 1 to 3 phases of the design, which could ultimately lead to submission of a planning application if an extension to the building is an outcome of this process.

This commission will commence part way through RIBA Stage 1, which has already commenced and has produced the document SBC Internal 'RIBA 1 Client Project Brief' Setting out Client/Stakeholder Requirements which is included with the tender.

The work will produce drawings and documents to meet this brief.
