The brief

The UK Sport Performance Policy & Investment Team works closely with National Governing Bodies of Summer and Winter Olympic and Paralympic Sports (NGBs) to ensure that investments made have the maximum impact in the pursuit of sustained medal success and a strong and sustainable high performance system.

UK Sport is seeking to establish a framework of up to a maximum of 10 suppliers to support NGBs in the creation of strategies for investment for the Tokyo cycle and beyond.

UK Sport is seeking individuals and organisations that can facilitate the creation of these strategies.

UK Sport now invites Tenders for the provision of facilitation activities, working with NGBs to facilitate the development of a compelling strategy for investment Tokyo cycle in accordance with the ITT.

There is no guarantee of work under the framework.

We have stated £0.00 as the minimum value as we are finalising UK Sport's budget and we do not have information on the NGBs individual budgets to allocate to the services.

The NGBs are located throughout the United Kingdom therefore the location for delivery of the service is at various locations across the country.

There is no separate pre-qualification stage or questionnaire but potential suppliers must register submit their expression of interest by 3pm Wednesday 15 July by emailing tokyo.investment@uksport.gov.uk and submit any clarification questions they have.

UK Sport will not accept tenders from any suppliers who do not submit an expression of interest by this deadline.
