The contract will initially be for 3 years commencing in April 2019 with the option to extend by 2 years, then a further 2 years.
As such the maximum contract length will be for 7 years.
The estimated contract value will be GBP 370,000.00 - 430,000.00 per annum.
Based on the maximum contract term the maximum contract value will be GBP 3,010,000.00 A partnering approach is a key requirement for both parties, SW9 require the successful contractor to co-locate on the estate to develop a close working relationship with both management and the operatives who will be delivering the service.
