The services are to provide overarching technical management and governance control of the activities within the portfolio for delivery during this commission.
It will include the day-to-day management of tasks through the whole lifecycle commencing with successfully securing funding via the IDC process and onward to procurement, commencement and delivery to the relevant and approved stages of the 4D process and ITD System Readiness Reviews.
This will also include all relevant reporting requirements within Major Projects inclusive of accruals forecasting via monthly CMR submissions.
Weekly progress meetings are held virtually or face to face depending on constraints of working methods and practises.
