The brief

The Safety Risk Requirements Team is looking to set up a contract for provision of technical advice investigating the analysis of hazards H135 and H140 within the GD 301 all lane running (ALR) hazard log, to identify when or whether at all a slow-moving vehicle becomes as high risk as a stopped vehicle and that the risk controls available are stringently analysed to assure that this risk profile is mitigated So Far As Is Reasonably Practicable (SFAIRP).
