North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) (the Contracting Authority), who are undertaking a procurement to commission a Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) service across the North of the region.

For the purpose of this procurement process the North region includes; North Cumbria, Northumberland, North Tyneside, and County Durham.
