Participating in this survey also enables councils to benchmark against their comparators and to gather information to support their local commissioning, performance and strategies.
Data from the survey feeds into a number of measures in the Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework.
2017-18 will be the eighth year that this survey has been completed.
The Council are looking to procure a supplier to undertake this survey for Derby.
The initial term is 17 months with the option to extend for a further 3 years in annual increments subject to business need.
Value of £36,250 is based on full contract including extensions.
