The brief

Tenders are invited for Design and Construction Services in respect of the Provision of Delivering Flood Management at Aida Bliss, Lower City Road and Breadsall (Booker Wholesale), Derby.

The successful Contractor will be responsible for: • Construction of Flood Defence at Aida Bliss o Duration: May 2019 - November 2019 • Construction of Flood Defence at Lower City Road (North of and inclusive of Southern Side of Flood Defence Gate) o Duration: September 2019 - March 2020 • Construction of Flood Defence at Lower City Road (South of Southern Side of Flood Defence Gate) o Duration: May 2019 - November 2019 • Design and Construction of Flood Defence at Breadsall (Booker Wholesale) o Duration: May 2019 - November 2019 A Site Visit will be available on Tuesday 15 January 2019 at 10:00 am, Interested tenderers should book their place with the procurement team via the portal, giving no less than 48 hrs notice.

Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on Thursday 31 January 2019.

It is recommended that you express an interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response.
