Introduction: The Partnership invites all suitably equipped companies to tender for a planned preventative maintenance service contract for all Kitchen, Kitchen Canopy and Ducting Deep Clean as listed in Appendix 6 Doc 3.
The Partnership is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to tender for a planned preventative maintenance service contract for the Annual Kitchen Deep Clean.
Each Kitchen listed will require a full annual deep clean and ducting clean where applicable, in accordance with the requirements referenced in Appendix 6 Doc 2.
Requirement: The successful Tenderer will ensure the partnership adheres to its legal responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and in particular attention to: The Food Safety Act 1990 The Food Safety (General Hygiene) Regulations 2006 Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulation 2002 The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System REACH documentation.
To support the Partnership to meet safety requirements, such as the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005 and also to support our Food Standards Agency rating.
