Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is seeking to extend the Tees Valley Wheels to Work (TVW2W) scheme for a further three years, following a successful three-year trial period, and transition to an all-electric fleet and are seeking a provider who can deliver this contract for them.
The scheme provides an affordable means to access employment, education and training opportunities for those without access to public transport or the means to purchase or hire their own private vehicle.
