To undertake Historic Building Record for Teesworks which will record key historic buildings within the site to ensure that they are captured for generations to come.
In accordance with Historic England's 'Understanding Historic Buildings: A Guide to Good Recording Practice (2016)' we require the following products: 1.
A synthetic illustrated report succinctly summarising the development of the area of the Teesworks, as defined in Section 2.
This will also describe in non-technical terms the latest industrial operations and processes within the site synthesising information from more detailed individual building records.

A Level 2 Historic Building Record for the full site 3.
A Level 3 Historic Building Record for the Dorman Long Tower; Sinter Plant; South Bank Coke Ovens and Lackenby Steelmaking facility.

A Level 4 Historic Building Report for the Redcar Blast Furnace 5.
The contractor should complete an OASIS form for the project. https://oasis.ac.uk/ and after agreement with TVCA ensure the report is deposited with the Archaeological Data Service. https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/advice/guidelinesForDepositors.xhtml Please note this opportunity is being ran via the NEPO portal (www.nepo.org).
