The brief

A task force is required to support our Adults Referral Management Service during a period of transformation in the service.

We required two registered social workers, one registered Occupational Therapist, six unregistered case officers and two administration officers, full details of these roles and requirements are outlined in the job descriptions attached.

Staffing is required to commence as soon as possible and contracts are up to 31 March 2023.

There may be the potential to extend these contracts further to support pressures within our new model, this would be reviewed at the end of February 2023.

Staff are required to have the ability to travel to and within Kent and will operate in a hybrid working approach.

Staff will be required as part of induction and team activity to work from our Ashford office as required.

We would hold the right to ensure that a proportionate interview is undertaken for all staff members before offers of employment are given to ensure suitability to these roles.

Staff are required to work 37 hours per week Monday - Friday.

This was procured by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework RM6161 Lot 5 - Social Care.
