All Agency Nursing staff used in the Acute Sector are included within the contract.
All Agency Nurses are booked via the nursing banks in each individual Health Board or Trust.
The All Wales Temporary Staffing Group oversees and monitors all aspects of this contract including usage and quality standard.
The contract is awarded with fixed capped rates based on current NHS AFC pay rates.
