The appointed Architect would also to take on the role of Principle designer for the design phase of the project and would oversee the project through to completion.

The development of 4 dwellings would to be completed and retained by SDC for high quality holiday rentals.
Due to the use of the dwellings a high standard robust design is required which will include both external materials and internal materials for such a purpose.
