This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the upper-middle of the Engineering & Architecture band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 33,646 valued Engineering & Architecture tenders in our corpus.
The primary objective of this research project is to provide a robust, defensible basis for applying DW within UK transport appraisal, which can be acceptable to both His Majesty's Treasury and stakeholders within DfT.
This project will focus on developing the evidence base for applying DW in routine appraisal cases, where large scale spatial economic modelling is not feasible.
Key issues to explore include identifying the ultimate beneficiaries of investments, exploring income segmentation in modelling, and understanding what impacts DW could have on the appraisal of a wide range of types of investment in DfT's portfolio.
