Existing structures will be dismantled and disposed of, with reusable components retained where possible.
New timber frameworks, decking, handrails, and access features will be installed, including a compliant ramp for wheelchair access.
Electrical lighting will be safely disconnected and reinstated.
Vegetation around the gas meter steps will be cleared, and new timber steps and handrails fitted to improve access.
