The outputs of the works are defined by the RICS publication ""Measured surveys of land, buildings and utilities 3rd edition", a copy of which shall be agreed by both parties and included within the final Contract Documents.
You will be expected to produce a single detailed federated CAD model of the site with the surveys and details on independent layers.
The terms of Contract shall be the RICS Standard Form of Consultant's Appointment.
