It is the desire of Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) to have a suitably experienced and reliable Supplier to provide this service to its customers.
For the supplier to provide this service in a courteous, compassionate and professional manner and to ensure that all the necessary checks and accompanying documentation / records are completed correctly and in line with TfGM guidance.
This notice is for the contract for the optional year of this contract and includes an uplift in cost due to an increase in the use of the same service and an increase in the supplier's daily rate.
