The expansion of virtual ward capacity is a key component in the Norfolk & Waveney system plans to address UEC pressures whilst at the same time improving the patient experience and care.
The procurement, for the provision of hardware, software and associated services (logistics, data and infection control cleansing) has been made via the Spark DPS platform for an initial two year term with the option to extend by a further one year period - to establish the new service offering.
