THIS IS A INFORMATION NOTICE FOR A FUTURE OPPORTUNITY,MOPAC- VRU WILL BE PUBLISHING LATE FEBRUARY 2022.

London's Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) intends to publish an Invitation to Tender for a three-year contract for an Inclusive and Nurturing Schools Programme.

Focused in schools in up to seven nominated London boroughs, the programme will consist of two separate but interconnected strands: • An inclusion strand which aims to reduce exclusions in primary and secondary schools by taking a whole-school nurturing approach to improving children's mental health and emotional wellbeing • A healthy relationships strand which will empower the whole school community to address sexual harassment and gender-based violence by providing education, training and guidance to students and staff.

Prospective bidders will be expected to 1) develop a partnership/consortium arrangement while preparing their tender response 2) design a service, engage with schools, and work strategically with the local authorities to deliver the programme and ensure long-term impact.

The VRU is aiming to publish this opportunity late Feb 2022 for the service commencement to take place Sept/Oct 2022.
