The Council would like to appoint a waste composition analysis specialist to carry out a waste composition analysis (WCA) which will provide an accurate view of the types and amounts of materials that are contained within the following in Kirklees: • The kerbside collected grey residual waste bin stream. • The kerbside collected green recycling bin stream. • residual waste containers at HWRCs.
This contract is anticipated to commence on 1st October 2023 and will expire on 30th September 2027 with no provisions to extend after that period.
