Warwick District Council requires delivery of RIBA stages 1-6 for work at Leamington Town Hall.
The main objective of this project is for the building to be an attractive proposition to the creative sector and, more broadly, the people who live, work and visit the area.
The Town Hall is a Grade II listed building and is also surrounded by other listed buildings; it is also within the Leamington Spa Conservation Area.
The contract will commence July 2022 and complete at the end of March 2024.Estimated value of contract is £160,000.
