The successful contractor(s) for each Lot will enter into two separate contracts, one with each Client Body.
The contracts are not interdependent.
There will be one schedule of rates for each Lot.
The rates tendered therein will apply to both contracts.
It is anticipated that four service providers will be appointed to each Lot.
