This is an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement between NHS England and the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner for 3 years to coordinate and deliver, across local health and criminal justice partners, initiatives that support the objectives of the national sexual assault and abuse services (SAAS) strategy.<br/><br/>This was procured through Regulation 12 (7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
