The SPP is a model for partnership working between Homes England and Combined Authority's, this partnership reflects the approach of identifying a shared ambition and creating a shared commitment to making the pipeline in agreed places more investible.
The SPP provides greater clarity and focus on local priorities to which the Agency seeks to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to deliver regeneration projects in a place-based way.
