Nottinghamshire County Council are undertaking a competitive procurement exercise with the objective being to award two Contracts for window and gutter cleaning services to a single tenderer; one Contract to meet the requirements of Nottinghamshire County Council and the other Contract to meet the requirements of Culture, Learning and Libraries - Midlands.
The scope includes the cleaning of internal and external windows, frames, sills, skylights, other high level glass, signage and gutters.
The capability to be able to deliver one-off deep cleaning services (for example in circumstances where a site has been vacant for some time or where a site requires high level cleaning of internal walls) is desirable but not mandatory.
The estimated Contract value for the agreement with Nottinghamshire County Council is £110,000 per annum.
The estimated Contract value for the agreement with Culture, Learning and Libraries - Midlands is £9000 per annum.
The maximum term of this Contract will be 4 years.
The initial Contract will be awarded for two years from 9th April 2021 to 8th April 2023 with an opportunity to extend for a further two years in increments of up to one year.
